By accessing and using Logbook ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Logbook is a professional work tracking and reference management platform that allows users to document their work achievements, manage professional references, and share their career accomplishments with recruiters and team members.

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any laws or infringe on the rights of others.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

The Service includes features for professional reference verification. While we strive to maintain the integrity of reference information, we do not guarantee the accuracy or authenticity of any user-submitted references. Users are responsible for verifying information independently when making professional decisions.

Logbook does not verify employment, identity, or eligibility. Endorsements reflect personal perspectives submitted by users and are not verified by Logbook. Logbook does not make hiring decisions.

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing:

• You authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice

Users may participate in our Ambassador Program to earn commissions on referrals. Commission rates and terms are subject to change. We reserve the right to terminate participation in the program for violations of these terms or fraudulent activity.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Logbook and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Logbook shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
