How do I install the Chrome extension?

Download the extension ZIP from your Recruiter Settings page, unzip it, open chrome://extensions, enable Developer mode, click Load unpacked and select the folder, then pin Logbook to your toolbar and refresh Gmail or LinkedIn Recruiter.

The extension isn't showing on Gmail or LinkedIn

Make sure you're signed in via the toolbar icon, confirm that Gmail and/or LinkedIn are enabled in the extension popup settings, refresh the page, and on LinkedIn make sure you're on a candidate profile page.

How do endorsements work?

Accepted Answer

A candidate selects a resume claim and invites someone who worked with them to confirm it. The endorser confirms the claim and can optionally add a short note. Once confirmed, the claim is marked as verified.

How is my data protected?

Accepted Answer

Your data is stored securely and is never sold to third parties. Recruiter actions like advancing a candidate are private - candidates don't see them.

How do I delete my account?

Go to your Profile settings and scroll to the bottom. You'll find a Delete Account option that will permanently remove your data. If you need help, email support@logbookit.com.
